Consultation At Floral Designs by Samuel Franklin, we believe each bride deserves our full attention as she plans her wedding celebration. Therefore, we offer individual consultations with our wedding experts by appointment only, Mondays through Wednesdays. Because we want each of the 200 brides we work with each year to receive the best possible service, advanced planning is essential. We would love to help you plan the wedding of your dreams.
